Up to 50 “pawsengers” can be booked on each flight and will travel in the comfort of their own kennels on shelves made on the plane. Each way way, each “seat” costs $149.
Kennels within Pet Airlines
Southwest also announced today that Dogs and Cats are also welcomed on their flights for $75 each way – however with one large disclaimer. Pets must arrive in a carrier that will fit under the airplane seat. No more than one pet carrier per person, ouch!
